Today I constructed the middle part that goes above the window, and I nailed the entire bookcase skeleton to the wall. I hope that my next update will have a picture of something that actually looks like a bookcase. :)
Maria, I am so impressed! Seriously. I can't believe you've never done anything like this before. It's looking amazing and I can't wait to see the finished product! Someday, when we own a house, I want to have built in bookshelves, too.
